Returns & Exchanges
At babycottons we strive to give you and your baby the perfect style. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do not hesitate to send it back. Make sure to inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage, or any item is missing please contact us at customerservice@babycottons.com to report the damage and DO NOT use or wash the product. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please describe the situation in detail and provide pictures of the item so we can assess the situation.
To receive a refund, we follow a strict policy that all returned item(s) must be:
- in a like-new condition
- have original barcode tag, and original packaging
- be unwashed or unworn
Once you have read our return policies, please follow these instructions:
01. Make sure your items meet the requirements for a Return or Exchange.
02. Fill out the form placed in the bottom section of this page, and put it along with the items you are shipping back.
03. Go to this link, and follow the steps to get your return label.
04. Go to any FedEx location and Drop off package.
Note that return labels are available up to 30 days after order was delivered. After that, you will have to use your own shipping method and at your own cost.

returns with an original sales receipt
Merchandise may be exchanged or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid when returned within 30 days of purchase and presenting original sales receipt. Returns 30 days after purchase date do not qualify for cash back. In those cases a store credit will be issued for the current selling price of the merchandise returned. All refunds are subject to final approval from our return department and will be refunded to the original form of payment or store credit. No refunds or exchanges will be issued before the return process is completed.
returns without a receipt
Returns without a receipt do not qualify for cash back. Refunds will be issued only in the form of a store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise returned.
returns with a gift receipt
Returns with a gift receipt will be issued in the form of a store credit only for the price paid if within 30 days of original purchase date. Returns 30 days after purchase date will be issued a store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise returned.
Items with a 50% OFF or more are FINAL SALE, and are NOT eligible for refunds, store credit or exchanges.
