At babycottons we strive to give you and your baby the perfect item. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to return it.
Items must be in like-new condition, with the original barcode tag, unwashed and unworn to be accepted as a return or exchange.
Valid identification is required to receive a refund or to receive or redeem a store credit. Valid identification includes driver's license, military ID, state/province issued ID or passport.
In store return and exchange policy
Returns with an original sales receipt
Merchandise may be exchanged or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid when returned within 30 days of purchase and presenting original sales receipt. Returns 30 days after purchase date do not qualify for cash back. In those cases a store credit will be issued for the current selling price of the merchandise returned.
Returns without a receipt
Returns without a receipt do not qualify for cash back. Refunds will be issued only in the form of a store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise returned.
Returns with a gift receipt
Returns with a gift receipt will be issued in the form of a store credit only for the price paid if within 30 days of original purchase date. Returns 30 days after purchase date will be issued a store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise returned.
babycottons US can only exchange or refund merchandise that is currently sold in our US stores. We have stores in several countries and certain merchandise purchased abroad may not be offered in the US. If the merchandise presented for return is not in our POS software, unfortunatelly we can not provide an exchange or refund for it.
Merchandise marked as FINAL SALE, without a barcode tag or with a cross (X) in the label may not be returned or exchanged.
mail returns
Merchandise purchased online may be returned for a refund at any US babycottons store (see our return and exchange policy above) or also via mail. Merchandise exchanges are only available at babycottons shops.
How to mail us a return
Should you wish to return any items via mail, please follow these steps:
- Send us the merchandise together with a note containing the following
information
- Full name, address, phone and email
- Reason for the exchange or refund
- Please include your original receipt with all returns. We can not provide a refund without original receipt.
- All items must be in unused, unwashed condition with original tags still attached to ensure a full credit.

- We will send you a receipt when a credit to your credit card or store credit has been issued.
Mail in returns with an original sales receipt
For returns postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, a credit for the original purchase price (less shipping and surcharges) will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. A return/exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt. For returns postmarked later than 30 days after the purchase date, a store credit (redeemable in-shop only) for the current selling price of the merchandise returned will be sent to the shipping address of the original order.
Mail in returns without a receipt
Returns without a receipt will receive a store credit (redeemable in-shop only) for the current selling price, and will be sent to the shipping address of the original order.
price adjustment policy
Babycottons offers a one-time price adjustment if claimed within 7 days of initial purchase and with original receipt only. Gift receipts are not valid as original receipts. A credit for the price difference will be granted in the same tender and on the same credit card (if paid by credit card) used for the original purchase or as store credit if preferred by the customer. Online orders cannot claim price adjustments in our stores.
