How do I place an order?
Ordering at babycottons online is easy. From the product page, simply select the size and color of the item you would like and the quantity and click "add to bag". When you are finished shopping, click on the shopping bag button at the top of the page and follow the instructions to check out.

How do I find what I'm looking for?
If you know the product(s) you're looking for, simply enter the description or the code number into the search box. You can also browse items by product category, collection, gender or age.
How do I know which size to purchase?
We offer a sizing chart for our clothing. This will help guide you in determining which size to purchase. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit.
Where are your clothes made?
For babycottons quality is the most important criteria. Most of our clothes come from either Peru or Argentina. All of our layette and first layer clothing made in Peru is made of pure Pima Cotton.

When will my order be shipped?
babycottons endeavors to ship purchases of in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. If an item included in your order is not in stock you will be notified promptly. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.
When will my order be delivered?
Once your order has been verified and processed, the package will ship as follows:
Standard ground arrives within 5 to 7 business days
2nd Day arrives within 2 business days
Overnight arrives within 1 business days
Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
We ship via UPS.
Note: orders placed after 2:00pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Depending on stock availability your order may be shipped in separate packages. In any case you will be billed only once for the shipping method selected.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
We charge a flat fee for each type of shipping, regardless of the amount of items per order.
Ground: $10.00
2nd day: $30.00
Next day: $50.00
For all orders over $150.00 we offer free ground shipping. Sorry, we can not apply this value as credit to other shipping methods.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We are sorry, but for the time being babycottons does not ship outside the U.S. If you need an order shipped abroad please contact customerservice@babycottons.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
Will my order be taxed?
Applicable sales tax will be applied to all orders based on shipping address. For shipping to those states where we have a physical presence (please check our stores for a listing) we must charge the applicable sales tax. Please note that our products are exempt from sales tax in NY and NJ, so despite us having a physical presence there your order will not be taxed if shipped to those States. If we do not have a store in your State then no sales tax will be applied to your order.

What payment methods can I use when ordering online?
The following credit cards are accepted at babycottons: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
We are sorry, but credit cards issued by banks outside the US or with a billing address outside the US are not accepted at this time.
Is my credit card secure?
As a customer, you reserve the right to be concerned about the security of your credit card information. Please be assured that your financial information is sent to us via encrypted data and can therefore not be hacked, received or deciphered by other merchants or mean people with malicious intentions. This webstore has taken the steps to ensure your security by using the highest levels of encryption security.

What if I want to return or exchange an item?
There are two ways to return or exchange a web purchase.
You can return items in any of our stores or you can mail the purchase back to us at:

Not intended for sleepwear?
You will notice that many of our garments have a legend in the label that reads: "Not intended for sleepwear". In order to be sold as sleepwear in the US a garment must be either:
i) made of flame resistant fibers;
ii) be treated with flame retardant chemicals; or
iii) be snug fitting.
babycottons footies and two pieces are made with pima cotton for only the softest comfort. We do not use flame retardant chemicals or fabrics, and therefore our products are not intended to be used as sleepwear.

Does babycottons franchise its retail shops?
At this time we do not offer franchises.

Gift wrapping is offered free of charge with any purchase at babycottons.com.
Each gift will arrive wrapped in silk paper with our pets watermarked and placed in our signature light blue box, finished with a satin ribbon. We reserve the right to limit the number of gift box requests per order or per customer.
